Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food supplements and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is in a resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Products with broken safety seals.
  • Items purchased more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs showing the product and packaging.

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

3. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process outlined above.
